Anna Haugh puts Irish cuisine in the spotlight with her balsamic prawns with creamy polenta. And Dr Saliha Mahmood Ahmed has a classic Indian street food snack, aloo bun chaat, and a side of refreshing pani puri.\n\nOlly Smith has a whirlwind tour of cheese and wine pairings, and Johannes Radebe tucks into either his food heaven, Thai fried rice with fried chicken, or his food hell, chilled courgette soup.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein is on the hunt for the best-tasting carrots, and the Hairy Bikers explore Catalan influences in Italy.
