Mandy Yin brings her Malaysian chicken curry and flaky flatbreads, while Julius Roberts cooks his courgette cavatelli.\n\nOlly Smith touts the virtues of chardonnay, and Paloma Faith tucks into either her food heaven, Spanish fish stew, or her food hell, beetroot pithivier.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein goes fishing for bass in Jersey, and the Hairy Bikers explore the fragrant benefits of bergamot.
