Mike Reid kicks off the BBQ vibes indoors with his mango-marinated spatchcock chicken, fiery kiwi hot sauce and a bitter radicchio and pear salad.\n\nThe former head chef at the Italian embassy, Danilo Cortellini, serves up a multicoloured ricotta-stuffed ravioli dressed in basil and tomato sauce. Jez Rose heads to a very soggy Leicestershire to get picking, prepping and packing a classic elderflower cordial. Genevieve Taylor continues the barbecue theme by demonstrating how to master fish on the grill with leek-wrapped cod and almond saffron sauce. And finally, Oti Mabuse faces her food heaven or food hell.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein rustles up a classic Italian dish in his Cornish kitchen, and Si and Dave make their way towards a fusion feast in Newport.
