Carmen O’Neal has five steps for the perfect martini, and Anna Haugh makes her indulgent chocolate biscuit cake packed with chocolate bars. Finally, James Bay gets either his food heaven, duck, or his food hell, shellfish.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein celebrates May Day in Padstow, and Clive Myrie goes bananas for bananas in the Dominican Republic.
