Meanwhile, Poppy O’Toole has three viral recipes – hot honey chicken, feta and pomegranate chopped salad and crispy smashed potato salad.\n\nGennaro Contaldo tampers with an Italian classic, Ravneet Gill has a showstopping mango roulade with a creamy panna cotta filling, and Carmen O’Neal has a rundown of the best rums from around the world.\n\nFinally Vanessa Williams tucks into either her food heaven, butterflied bass with fries, or her food hell, pork and black bean tacos.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein embarks on a moonlit fishing trip, and the Hairy Bikers hope to catch tuna in Sardinia.
