Nathan Outlaw delivers a masterclass in fish with his winter vegetable, cannellini and salami fish stew, leaving Gary Barlow singing for his supper.\n\nAlexina Anatole embraces bitter flavours with the perfect Sunday roast alternative of whole roasted chicken with beer butter shallots and a fresh kale and grapefruit salad.\n\nGennaro Contaldo brings a slow-cooked wild mushroom ragu with foolproof pappardelle to the kitchen, before food styling queen Donna Hay rustles up a beautiful and delicious chocolate cake.\n\nAnd Strictly star Shirley Ballas rounds off the show with either her food heaven, lobster, potato and cheese gratin, or her food hell, braised pigeon with sautéed spinach.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein takes a trip down memory lane with two old pals, Dame Mary berry hits the West End with Michael Ball, and the Hairy Bikers head to a loch, hoping to land the catch of the day!
