But it is incredibly delicious and served with an amazing chilli cornbread.\n\nAnd Sir Lenny Henry faces either his food heaven, Caribbean salt fish and bake, or his food hell, Goan prawn and okra curry.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein explores the magical world of mushrooms in Cornwall, Dame Mary Berry cooks up a treat for AJ Ododu, and the Hairy Bikers head to a community project on the Isle of Bute.
