And Mandy Yin takes to the hobs for her debut dish – a sensational spiced prawn laksa.\n\nImad Alarnab makes traditional falafel wraps with tahini sauce whilst sharing his incredible story, from Damascus to Doncaster. And at the end of the show, Rhod Gilbert faces his food heaven, a pimped-up baked potato, or his food hell, a ballotine of trout.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein heads to a farm in Falmouth that specialises in salad leaves, Dame Mary Berry whips up a sweet treat for Lorraine Kelly, and Clive Myrie heads to the Venetian Lagoon.
