Series 2: 5. Jam #25: Beverley Knight

YolanDa Brown and her house band, the Band Jaminals, entertain an audience of children - the Band Jammers - with live music and special guests!\n\nYolanDa gets everyone moving with This Song Belongs to You, which is a call and response song. YolanDa sings Band-Jammalam, and the Band Jammers respond with Bing, Bang, Boo!\n\nJoining YolanDa in this episode is singing superstar Beverley Knight. Beverley talks about her love of music and demonstrates how she warms up her face and her voice before performing.\n\nA quick Fact Jam then tells us all about how music is recorded so that we can listen to it again and again.\n\nBeverley Knight then performs I Wanna Dance With Somebody before being invited by YolanDa and the Band Jammers to take part in the Big Band Jam at the end of the programme.\n\nYolanDa explains that the Big Band Jam in this episode will be based around friends and friendship, and a short film follows three Band Jammers as they explore possible lyric ideas for the Big Band Jam song.\n\nYolanDa and the Band Jammers are then ready for the Big Band Jam. YolanDa and the Band Jaminals join in as Beverley Knight performs her hit song Greatest Day with new lyrics, as suggested by the Band Jammers!
