Meanwhile, Celeste Wong demonstrates different flavour profiles of coffee.\n\nYotam Ottolenghi and Noor Murad team up for a Middle Eastern twist on an Italian classic with their flavour-packed parmigiana pie, while following up all those savoury flavours with something sweet is Chantelle Nicholson and her banana cake with miso and rum caramel. And Michelle Keegan faces her food heaven, prawn fideua, or her food hell, lamb skewers.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein takes a break from the hustle and bustle of the kitchen to whip up a simple ceviche by the sea, and the Hairy Bikers experience a taste of South Africa in Devon.
