Andi Oliver brings the Caribbean sunshine to the studio with her fried chicken and rundown sauce, and Matt Adlard prepares a frozen chocolate parfait.\n\nFinally, Martin and Roman Kemp face their food heavens and food hells.\n\nMeanwhile, Rick Stein raids his kitchen garden to whip up a delicious seasonal salad, and the Hairy Bikers are after a taste of west Africa in north Wales.
