Nigeria is known as the ‘giant of Africa’, and Clive heads to one of the continent's largest cities, Lagos. In a bustling downtown market, he gets a workout with a team who are getting the market goers fit, and he meets up with an organic chef in an open-air seafood market to pick up some fresh red snapper, shrimp and prawns. He also hits the studio with some talented young musicians and experiences the vibrancy of Nigerian art.
