The second leg of Clive’s adventure takes him to Durban, known for its fabulous surfing beaches and chilled atmosphere. It’s also the biggest city in the spectacular KwaZulu-Natal province, ancestral home of the Zulu people.\n \nClive jumps into action as he joins an anti-poaching team saving South Africa’s critically endangered rhinos from extinction and joins a surf school that teaches homeless and disadvantaged kids the skills to surf – and to transform their lives.\n\nBack in the city, Clive gets a lesson in making spicy bunny chow, the iconic street food created by Durban’s large Indian population, before heading out to the Valley of a Thousand Hills for a masterclass in Zulu beadwork at a craft centre that gives women living with HIV the skills to support their families.
