Jools welcomes Isle of Wight rockers Wet Leg, who perform a couple of tracks from their second album Moisturizer, the follow-up to their hugely successful, Grammy-winning, UK number one self-titled debut.\n\nLA cult band Sparks make a debut in their own right, having first performed on the show in 2015 with Franz Ferdinand as FFS. The band, made up of brothers Ron and Russell Mael, perform two songs from their 28th studio album, MAD!, and chat to Jools at the piano about the influence of French New Wave cinema on them and their breakthrough in the UK in the early 70s.\n\nJools also welcomes Italian contemporary classical composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi, who performs the track Pathos from his album The Summer Portraits, inspired by his family holidays on the Tuscan island of Elba. Jools chats to Ludovico about his inspirations growing up, and together, they also enjoy an improvised piano performance exploring their musical interpretations of different colours.\n\nConcluding the line up are three voices all making their debut on the show. First is south London-based RnB soul singer Sasha Keable, who grew up in a musically vibrant British-Colombian household. She performs Act Right, the title track from her EP. LA singer-songwriter Annahstasia performs Villain, taken from her debut album Tether, a collection of beaming torch songs, orchestral hymns and astral anthems that feel lived-in, drawn from the human experience and the spectrum of love. Scottish singer Brooke Combe performs This Town, a northern soul-style stormer written about 'goldfish-bowl living in her hometown' taken from her debut album Dancing at the Edge of the World.
