There is also a trip to the banks of the Thames to look for treasure with historian Peter Brown.\n\nPeter Brown has enjoyed the magic of mudlarking for years, as it combines his love of history and finding unexpected artefacts that have washed up on the banks and shores of the river that have historical value. What treasures will he find on Rotherhithe beach? \n\nMeanwhile, Yvonne and Julian meet motivational speaker and author Shaun Fitzgerald, who shares his personal journey on mental health and how to rebuild the mind and achieve.\n\nAnd for the body, Yvonne meets personal trainer India Morse, who puts her through her paces to help with her Couch to 5k training. She also shares exercises to do at home.
