After years of being cash-strapped and in mourning, Nicola is finally ready to sell her late parents’ belongings to help fund a long overdue home renovation. When Nicola and husband Trevor bought their dream home 30 years ago, they had no idea of the money pit it would become. Unwilling to be beaten by the expensive and never-ending makeover, the couple persevered with the DIY. The end is almost in sight, but a new boiler doesn’t come cheap.\n\nNicola was still grieving the loss of her father when her mother fell ill and died, unexpectedly, in her arms. With Trevor’s help, Nicola emptied her parents’ former home and moved the contents, in boxes, into her front room and closed the door. Five years on, she’s now ready to part with the heirlooms and keepsakes that once meant so much to her parents.\n\nThe storage room is a treasure trove for auctioneer Izzie Balmer. She finds a painting, and at first glance everything indicates it's the work of Great British artist JMW Turner and worth around £30 million. She also uncovers a stamp album full of rare and sought after collectable editions, worth a small fortune. Will these stamps deliver at auction? Or will the potential masterpiece paint a better picture for the couple?\n\nRestoration whizz Robin Johnson rummages around in an outbuilding to find an old, tatty table destined for landfill. With some tricks of the trade, and plenty of elbow grease, Robin hopes to have the table ready for Izzie to sell. But will it pass the all-important wobble test? With an auction taking place on a farm, Izzie struggles to plough through the lots. Despite plenty of donkey and farmer distractions throughout, one lot supersedes all expectations, harvesting a jaw-dropping price. Expect auction triumph, tractors and tears of joy.\n
