Christina Trevanion and Will Kirk take their little blue van to Northamptonshire to visit Carol, her sons Keith and Thomas and her French terrier Buster. \n\nCarol recently lost her husband, John, who was an avid antiques collector. With his treasures displayed all over the house, Carol is finding it hard to cope with all the memories. The family have called in Christina and Will to help them sell the items they’re happy to part with. Carol plans to use the money made at auction to do up a spot in the garden in memory of her much-missed husband.\n\nJohn was a keen collector of silver objects and enamelled boxes, much to Christina’s excitement. Meanwhile, Will hunts down a tired-looking clock that could do with a bit of his magic touch, and finds a cuddly little friend in need of some repair. And when all the rummaging gets too much, there’s time for a spot of horse racing, courtesy of another of John’s antique purchases.\n\nOur auctioneers pitch up their pop-up saleroom in Worcestershire, at the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings, where bidders gather to snap up some historic auction items while others bid from around the world online. Just how much is John’s huge collection worth?
