The Porthcawl crew respond to a 999 call about a local fisherman who’s fallen overboard. As they discover the casualty’s identity, their search becomes increasingly desperate.\n\nOut in the English Channel, there are reports of a dangerously overcrowded small boat in the shipping lanes. As the Dungeness crew head to the location, they find that there are 62 casualties - and the boat they’re crowded into is now breaking up.\n\nIn North Berwick, a call comes in from a woman whose husband has been blown out to sea on a kayak that has capsized.\n\nAnd off the coast of Scarborough, a yacht with an elderly crew on board has lost all power - and sunset is fast approaching.
