Sisters Demitchi and Felicia need Bear’s help to repair their fiery relationship. Demitchi helped raise her younger siblings and thinks Felicia is irresponsible and selfish – taking risks and causing her worry. But Felicia just wants to be independent and finds her big sister controlling.\n\nThey’re out of their comfort zone straightaway as Bear sets them a blindfold river navigation task to help them learn to work together.\n\nAround the campfire, psychologist Tara helps the sisters understand how their current conflict might be rooted in their childhood experiences. Demitchi, in particular, may have taken on a ‘mother’ role when they were growing up, which has never left her.\n\nAfter a night under the stars to reflect, the sisters take on a gruelling physical challenge which will push them both to the limit.\n\nBut will their experience help them understand each other – and themselves – better?
