Jools welcomes 90s legends Suede, who perform two tracks from their tenth studio album, Antidepressants, a record about the 'tensions of modern life'.\n\nFrom east London, making her debut is jazz soul singer Yazmin Lacey, who performs a couple of songs from her second album Teal Dreams, which sonically borrows influences from ska and lovers rock.\n\nFrom Nashville, country superstar Luke Combs performs his song Days Like These and chats to Jools about the country music institution known as the Grand Ole Opry arriving in London.\n\nFrom Mississippi, Jools welcomes family band Annie and the Caldwells, whose first album, Can’t Lose My (Soul), was released in 2025 on David Byrne’s Luaka Bop label. They perform a track from the record, and Annie joins Jools to chat about her love of gospel music, as well as sharing a moment at the piano.\n\nDublin rockers Sprints perform their song Descartes from their second album, All That Is Over, which was written on tour buses and during soundchecks that covers themes of 'war, ecological collapse, and attacks on trans rights'.\n\nJools also chats to 80s legend Gary Kemp about a new exhibition at London’s Design Museum entitled Blitz: the club that shaped the 80s, all about the infamous Blitz club where his band Spandau Ballet first shot to fame.
