Cynthia tells them that a mystery guest is turning on the winter market lights, Charlene shares that she has special bunting for sale at the winter market, and Navid tells them about his new food stall. JoJo and Gran Gran get working on making their newsletter. Everyone loves the newsletter, and they are all excited to see the mystery guest turn on the winter market lights.
