Series 4: 2. Vinnie's Bristolian Asparagus Tart
Vinnie's family is English and they come from a city called Bristol, which is located in the west of England. Bristol is famous for hot-air balloons and pirates! Vinnie makes his tarts by mixing the leaves from parsley and thyme into cream cheese. Then, he makes rectangles out of pastry and spreads the cream cheese mixture on top.\n\nTo finish off his recipe, Vinnie lays chopped asparagus on top of the cream cheese, before it goes in the oven to cook. Vinnie's special ingredient is asparagus. Do you think his friends will like it in his tarts? With his meal, Vinnie also has a brilliant pirate-themed party planned for his friends. Arrr!
