2018: Day 3 Highlights
Eilidh Barbour presents highlights of the third round of the 147th Open Championship from Carnoustie, the most northerly of all the courses that host the Open.\n\nIn the third round at Royal Birkdale in 2017, eventual champion Jordan Spieth strengthened his grip at the top of the leaderboard by shooting 65 to move him three shots clear of his American compatriot Matt Kuchar. Yet the day belonged to South African Branden Grace after he became the first man in history to card a 62 in a major championship. Grace holed eight birdies in a bogey-free third round to beat the previous best of 63.\n\nCommentary is provided by Peter Alliss, Ken Brown, Andrew Cotter and Maureen McGill.
