Eilidh Barbour presents highlights of the 147th Open Championship from Carnoustie.\n\nAmerica's Jordan Spieth won the Claret Jug in 2017, becoming the youngest Open winner since 22-year-old Seve Ballesteros won the first of his three titles in 1979. It was a dominant performance from the American who either led or shared the lead after every round at Royal Birkdale.\n\nThe American - and the rest of the contenders - are certainly wanting to avoid a repeat of Jean van de Velde's 1999 capitulation at Carnoustie when the Frenchman, needing just a double bogey to claim a major maiden title, could only card a triple bogey to miss out.
