Clare Balding and Gabby Logan introduce highlights from the penultimate day of the 2018 games, in which the Commonwealth's elite athletes again showcase their pace, grace, power and precision.\n\nThe relays provide the climax to the track and field events at the games, where England's men and women harbour hopes of a gold rush in Australia after recent successes at global level. \n\nNorthern Ireland won nine boxing medals at the 2014 Games, more than any other nation. Glasgow silver medallist Michaela Walsh and stylish southpaw James McGivern are tasked with delivering more podium finishes in the day's 16 finals in the ring.\n\nTom Daley hopes to retain his 10m platform diving title and England will attempt to secure a first hockey title in either the men's or women's event. Plus champions will be crowned in the cycling road races, basketball, squash, shooting, table tennis and wrestling.
