Two trauma calls reveal that the greatest dangers are not always the most obvious, testing the expertise, judgement and resilience of the emergency team at Southmead Hospital. \n\nThey battle to save Paul, whose leg has been severed after being hit by a train but who is in more immediate danger from an overdose that could cause severe liver damage.
