Comedy by Paddy Houlihan set in and around the men’s shed in a village in Ireland. It’s a place where men with too much time on their hands can make themselves useful building and repairing things. Along the way, they find company through unlikely friendships, a sense of purpose and a mug of strong tea. For many, the men’s sheds offer a new lease of life, and the Rathbowen Shed is no exception.\n\nThe story sees Jimmy (Bredan O’Carroll), Harry (Phil Davis), Gavin (Simon Delaney), Cheesy (Danny O’Carroll), Paul (Shane Casey) and Paddy the Liar (Paddy Houlihan) set out to build a new bike from recycled parts to try to win the local 'Santa Spin' race with the help of their sponsor, councillor Orla Naughton (Deirdre O’Kane). \n\nAlong the way, Cheesy sees the chance of a new job as the village postman, but first, he has to take an online aptitude test and also work out where the post office is. Luckily, his shedite colleagues are there to help. \n\nWhat follows are plenty of shenanigans, bruised pride and a fair dose of stubbornness. If the lads can win the race, it’ll be a rare triumph for the Shedites. And if they don’t, Councillor Orla will make sure they hear about it.
