Valuable electric bikes are also being stolen in cities across the UK. In London, bike recovery specialist Bilal is on the hunt for an e-bike, and the GPS signal has led him to a property in a block of flats. But when the resident gives him access, he’s shocked to discover what appears to be a bike chop shop.
