Amy Murray takes a look at all things food: how it connects, nourishes and shapes memories and identity. She's joined by special guest Scott Garthwaite, better known as Punk Chef, a deaf TV chef and presenter with a big personality and even bigger love of cooking. He shares personal stories spanning from his childhood to Michelin-starred kitchens, and he opens up about overcoming barriers in the hospitality industry as a deaf professional.\n\nFeaturing stories from nutritionist Naomi Goldman, who explores ultra-processed foods and their growing impact on public health, Louis and Amy, who have a candid conversation about some unusual culinary adventures, and Martin, a deaf man who followed his dream of becoming an architect despite being told it was impossible.
