The Abbot, Lama Yeshe Rinpoche, welcomes viewers to the retreat service, showcasing their daily sessions of meditation and teachings designed to support inner peace and clarity.\n\nExperience the powerful Mahakala prayers along with over 150 participants. These traditional Tibetan Buddhist prayers, filled with chanting, mantra recitation and symbolic offerings, are intended to clear obstacles, purify the environment and cultivate compassion and positivity. The chanted prayers are accompanied by live traditional instruments and these, along with offerings, give a unique insight into the deep spiritual rhythm of Tibetan prayer and reflection.
