Elegant Elaine is first through the doors, making friends wherever she goes. But will her miniature perfume bottles bring the sweet smell of success?\n\nNext up is local lad Alex, selling a shop sign of dubious provenance. It’s a commercial lot, but a lack of age means it might struggle to bring in big money.\n\nThird to face the dealers is Daniel from London, with a very unusual pair of fur-covered bedside tables. Nigel and Simon may be baffled, but Daniel puts a hefty price tag on what is definitely a unique offering. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing remains to be seen.\n\nNext up is Janet, with her Egyptian revival door knocker, although she seems more interested in taking one of the dealers home than making any money. Ian, though, is in denial.\n\nGlamorous Pixie LeBon comes in last, with a Second World War wedding dress made out of parachute silk. It’s a museum-quality piece of social history, but will that value translate into bids from the dealers?
