Presenter and Yorkshire lass Caroline Hawley celebrates some of the region’s finest fare by eating dock pudding. Traditionally eaten at Easter, the savoury dish is made of sweet dock leaves, oatmeal, onions, butter and seasoning, and cooked with bacon and potatoes. She also visits Leeds University's library to see what’s believed to be the oldest culinary book ever written in the English language - and it’s all about cheese! \n\nIn Wetherby, two teams have an appetite for bargains in the company of their experts Philip Serrell and Jonathan Pratt. With Phil, it’s university friends Kieran and Amy, and with JP, it’s engaged couple Aiden and Courtney.\n\nAmy spots an old wooden barrel, which Phil identifies as a ‘costrel’, used by workers to drink from during harvest time. Meanwhile, Courtney has a soft spot for a vintage frog dish. JP admits 'it’s a bit of a giggle', but Aiden tells them to hop it!\n\nRipon is the destination for today’s auction, with the teams’ items going under David Elstob’s hammer. Only the bidders can decide which duo is going home with the most profit. And will anyone get a golden gavel?
