It’s the final heat week, and the four remaining celebrities are about to have their culinary socks blown off as they undertake three terrifying tasks in the hope of winning a place in the last of this year’s quarter-finals.\n\nFirst up, John and Gregg test their communication skills in the Pairs Challenge. The task sounds simple. Working in pairs, each celebrity will need to deliver a top-notch plate of food which must not only look but also taste like their teammate's. Here’s the catch. Only one celebrity in each team will receive the basic instructions of how to do it. Veggie kebabs and burgers are being ordered, but it will take oodles of patience for all of them to deliver matching dishes.\n\nIt's then time to leave the relative security of the MasterChef kitchen as the celebrity pairs head off into the real world for their first taste of life as professional chefs. A lunchtime restaurant service awaits, where each team will cook for members of the public. Thai and South American food are on the menu, and the celebrities will need to buckle up and maintain focus if they hope to do this week’s chef mentors proud.\n\nAfter a full-on service, there’s just one final chance to impress John and Gregg when the Street Food Market reopens for business. Each celebrity needs to show their creative flair and prepare their tastiest food truck feast for the judges. Nothing can be left on the festival floor as the celebrities go all out to keep hold of their place in the competition.\n\nAs one celebrity is shown the door, the other three head into this week’s quarter-final and still stand a chance of becoming Celebrity MasterChef champion 2024.
