In Liverpool, Toby Buckland visits a community who have regenerated their streets through the power of plants, and in Bristol, Joe Swift checks out an extraordinary community food growing project.\n\nThere's an interior designer in London whose use of houseplants at home has allowed him to reconnect with nature, and an allotment holder who grows a huge array of unusual vegetables. And another look at the first time the show featured sisters Mandy, Kirsty and Becky from Dorset, who captured peoples’ hearts on social media with their gardening exploits.\n\nPlus some more of the films sent in by viewers.
