Matt Baker and Charlotte Smith return to Dumfries House, where the summer activities are in full swing. It’s been three months since the King’s coronation and Countryfile’s last visit, and now the estate is busier than ever. \n\nMatt discovers how Dumfries House is providing local people with ways to improve mental and physical well-being and joins a tea dance that can change people's lives. At the farmyard, he finds out how rural skills are being taught and helps out with some health checks on their livestock.\n\nCharlotte returns to the craft workshop to try her hand at stained-glass window making, a traditional technique dating back to the medieval era, and adds the final touches to one student’s creation from her visit last April – the bird hide. Charlotte also hears about plans to make energy truly sustainable through plans that reuse, refurbish and re-engineer turbines.
