Opponents Huddersfield are in their first final since 2009, and they won the last of their six titles in this competition back in 1953. However, it’s a second final in three seasons for Giants head coach Ian Watson, whose unfancied Salford Red Devils lost by a solitary point to Leeds behind closed doors at Wembley in 2020.
