Dr Sam Ma has a chest pain mystery to solve when a ship’s electrician is flown to Shetland for emergency treatment - but is it a heart condition or something else?\n\nDr Lalla mentors Dr Sam Potter as she diagnoses a Lerwick man’s skin complaints. She needs a steady hand and lots of confidence as she prepares to use her scalpel. And off-duty, a group of junior doctors and medical students take a trip to the island of Fetlar. With almost perpetual daylight, the medics are looking forward to a midnight swim.
