Series 5: 4. Devon
The shoe is on the other foot for Jonnie Irwin as he is welcomed by two sets of house buyers who have successfully established new lives in the Devon countryside. First, he is invited to the north of the county by an entrepreneurial couple whose grand, rural aspirations needed to accommodate them, a pack of alpacas, a grand piano and paying guests. Later, he travels south to reunite with a couple at their picture-perfect home where they have found the space and time to indulge in their passions.
