Jonnie Irwin welcomes a London city quitter couple to Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, a town he felt was perfect enough to move to himself. His buyers have two young children, a £700,000 budget and are focused on finding a family home in a place with fast train links, a friendly feel and lots of fresh air. Jonnie dives into the local coffee and craft ale culture, then slows things right down near the Grand Union canal. To throw the best properties into the mix that their money can buy, Jonnie pushes them the extra mile so they can make a firm decision on their perfect town.
