Series 12: 6. Swain
Former Olympic diver Ben Swain fell in love with Australia after visiting to compete in the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006. Almost ten years later, he believed the country could offer him and his wife Katie a brighter future and be the perfect place to satisfy their thirst for adventure. Katie, however, wasn't convinced the country was where they should be settle. She had worked incredibly hard to build a successful career in the UK as a scientist, had her own business and would find it difficult to put half a world between herself and her family.\n\nWould Australia be the land of milk and honey that Ben remembered as an athlete, and if so, would it offer enough to persuade Katie to give up everything she had worked so hard for? Three years on, did Katie and Ben stay in the UK or take the plunge and dive into a new life down under?
