Molly examines her shelf of special things at the back of Mack's stall. She chooses the golden envelope and remembers the day she got it... \n\nMoira is fretting about who should be named the Hubber of the Year. She can't decide. Alice suggests she give the award to Bob because he's always helping people. Moira thinks Bob is a good choice, but Bob thinks Mrs Juniper should get the award because she is always organising things. James suggests Alice should win because she always reads to the kids, but Mrs Juniper thinks James should win because he's so good with the kids. Moira complains that everyone has a really good reason for winning Hubber of the Year, which gives Molly an idea. She organises an election and counts up the votes, writing down the winning hubber in a golden envelope. Moira makes the announcement from the stage. The Hubber of the Year is... Moira!
