Nicki Chapman goes on a revisit tour of Devon, where she catches up with two different buyers who fell in love with the properties they viewed on their house hunt. First, Nicki catches up with a buyer on a £300,000 budget who found her dream country home just in time to start her new job in Plymouth. Nicki admires the stylish alterations she has made and takes in the breathtaking coastal location, a great place to de-stress after a commute.\n\nLater, Nicki drops in on a buyer whose emotional house hunt on £340,000 resulted in her buying a perfect rural retreat close to family where she has now started a bold new life chapter.
