Secret filming reveals how shady education agents are recruiting bogus students to private colleges so they can claim loans they are not entitled to.\n\nReporter Richard Watson finds agents prepared to supply fraudulent qualifications, offer coursework for sale and fake attendance. It comes at a time when student debt has soared to one hundred billion pounds.
