Agent of Happiness
Amber works as a happiness agent for the government of Bhutan, which has devised Gross National Happiness, a way of measuring and collating the contentment of the nation.\n\nWe join Amber and his colleague Gunar as they embark on a cross-country road trip through the mountains of the Himalayas, meeting citizens from all walks of life. The duo ask them how they score themselves, from zero to ten, in various areas - psychological well-being, health, education, cultural diversity and living standards - to record and measure how happy they are.\n\nBut Amber is not very happy with his own life, he is still single at the age of 40 and living with and caring for his elderly mother. Nevertheless, he is a hopeless romantic who dreams of finding love, marrying and having children; he is a happiness agent in search of his own happiness. Will he find it?
