The semi-finals continue, with seven remaining cooks all hoping to take the 2024 title. Two daunting challenges await, and another cook will see their MasterChef dream come to an end.\n\nRoll out the red carpet! There’s cooking royalty in the house as Ainsley Harriott MBE brings his sunny energy into the MasterChef kitchen. With over 16 cookbooks to his name and decades of TV cooking under his belt, national treasure Ainsley knows a thing or two about tasty food.\n\nThe celebrities’ job is to recreate one of Ainsley’s favourite recipes. They will have to battle with unfamiliar ingredients and techniques to impress the judges and Ainsley himself. It’s all to play for, because the celebrity that shines the most earns a pass that takes them straight through to the next round.\n\nThe six celebrities who were pipped to the post will have no time for tears as they cook again to keep their place in the competition. This time, John and Gregg are asking for a real treat – the perfect pizza. Not only will the celebrities have to prepare the dough and tasty toppings, but they will also need to light the wood-fired ovens and manage the scorching temperatures that they will cook them in. Will they end up with a crust to die for, or will John and Gregg be presented with a burnt offering?\n \nFor one celebrity, it will be their last ‘pizza the action’ as they are sent packing, leaving the day’s best six to forge on in the hope of becoming Celebrity MasterChef champion 2024.
