The three talented chefs from north west England are halfway through their heat, and the pressure is mounting. Once again, they each serve a unique take on the brief celebrating the Olympic and Paralympic Games.\n\nThe dishes include a roast crown of lamb, squash and feta pastilla and a rosemary jus to honour the games' ancient Greek origins, a white chocolate golf ball filled with mochi to honour Justin Rose’s 2016 hole-in-one, and a French-inspired croquembouche for the Paris Games called the ‘Tower of Hope’. But who will be leaving the competition?
