Series 2 Cutdowns: Episode 1
Rav Wilding and his team of interceptors, working alongside ethical hacker and YouTube sensation Jim Browning, once again take on the scammers making UK citizens' lives a misery. \n \nBy hacking into the scam call centres, they can hear the scammers’ phone calls to UK households. The team go head-to-head with the fraudsters as they try and stop victims from losing any money, all in real time. \n \nThis episode sees the scammers’ lowest trick yet – posing as genuine payday loan companies to trick victims into paying fees for loans that don’t exist.\n \nIt’s a race to the wire as the team tries everything to stop one man from losing his last £30, and Rav confronts the man we suspect of leaking lists of genuine loan seekers' personal details.
