Diving is the focus as Grace Reid attempts to retain the 1m springboard title she won in 2018 to become Scotland’s first champion in the sport for 60 years.\n\nReid geared up for this title defence by coming an encouraging sixth at the recent World Championships in Budapest, where Canada’s Mia Vallee emerged as a breakthrough star. The 21-year-old earned 1m springboard bronze on her World Championship debut and went on to win world silver in the 3m event.
