Athletics and swimming again dominate the morning schedule as the multi-sport championship in Birmingham reaches the halfway point. Introduced by Jason Mohammad and Holly Hamilton.\n\nFormer world champion Katarina Johnson-Thompson is in long jump action as she continues her defence of the heptathlon title. One of the rising stars of British athletics, Max Burgin, is in action in the 800m heats, while the women’s 400m gets under way.\n\nIt’s also a morning of heats at the newly built Sandwell Aquatics Centre, including the men’s 200m individual medley featuring Scotland’s Olympic silver medallist Duncan Scott.
