In this episode, Carole is at Beechgrove setting up some colourful hanging baskets. She also has expert advice on how to get the best crop from this year’s tomato plants, including a look at the possibility of ripening tomatoes outside in a Scottish garden.\n\nElsewhere, the team are busy on their own allotments, with George planting more vegetables and looking forward to a bumper apple crop later in the year, while Kirsty is planning roses and showing how to give a Clematis the best start.\n\nIt’s also time to catch up on this year’s Beechgrowers as we hear more of their plans for this coming summer.
